ငါ့မွာ မိဘ မရွိပါဘူး ။ ငါဟာ ေကာင္းကင္နဲ႔ ေျမႀကီးကို မိဘသဖြယ္ လုပ္ထားပါတယ္ ။
၂ ။ I have no home . I make awareness my home .
ငါ့မွာ အိမ္ မရွိပါဘူး ။ ငါဟာ သတိ ကို အိမ္လုပ္ၿပီးေတာ့ ေနပါတယ္ ။
၃ ။ I have no life or death . I make the tides of breathing my life and death.
ငါ့မွာ ေမြးဖြားျခင္း ေသဆုံးျခင္းဆုိတာ မရွိပါဘူး ။
ထြက္ေလ ၀င္ေလ ကိုပဲ ေမြးဖြားျခင္း ေသဆုံးျခင္းလုိ႔ သေဘာထားပါတယ္ ။
၄ ။ I have no divine power . I make honesty my divine power .
ငါ့မွာ တန္ခိုးဣဒိၶပါဒ္ မရွိပါဘူး ။ ငါဟာ ရုိးသားမႈကို တန္ခိုးဣဒိၶပါဒ္အျဖစ္ လုပ္ထားပါတယ္ ။
၅ ။ I have no friend . I make my mind my friend .
ငါ့မွာ မိတ္ေဆြသူငယ္ခ်င္း မရွိပါဘူး ။ ငါဟာ ငါ့စိတ္ကို မိတ္ေဆြအျဖစ္ လုပ္ထားပါတယ္ ။
၆ ။ I have no enemy . I make carelessness my enemy .
ငါ့မွာ ရန္သူ မရွိပါဘူး ။ ငါဟာ သတိမပါ ၊ ဥာဏ္မပါ ေပါ့ေပါ့တန္တန္ ျဖစ္သလုိ ေနတတ္လုပ္တတ္တာကိုပဲ ငါ့ရန္သူလို႔ သေဘာထားပါတယ္ ။
၇ ။ I have no armour . I make benevolence my armour .
ငါ့မွာ သံခ်ပ္ကာအက်ႌ မရွိပါဘူး ။ ငါဟာ သူတစ္ပါးေကာင္းက်ိဳးကို လုိလားတယ္ဆိုတဲ့ စိတ္ကိုပဲ သံခ်ပ္ကာအက်ႌသဖြယ္ လုပ္ထားပါတယ္ ။
၈ ။ I have no castle . I make immovable mind my castle .
ငါ့မွာ ရဲတိုက္ႀကီး မရွိပါဘူး ။ ငါဟာ မလႈပ္ရွားမယိမ္းယုိင္တဲ့စိတ္ကိုပဲ ရဲတိုက္အျဖစ္ လုပ္ထားပါတယ္ ။
၉ ။ I have no sword . I make absence of self my sword .
ငါ့မွာ ဓားရွည္ မရွိပါဘူး ။ ငါဟာ ' အတၱ ' မရွိျခင္းကိုဘဲ လက္နက္ျဖစ္တဲ့ဓားရွည္ႀကီးအျဖစ္ လုပ္ထားပါတယ္ ။

၁။ You will receive a body. You may like it or hate but it wills yours for the entire period this time around.
သင္ဟာ ခႏၶာကုိယ္တစ္ခု ရမယ္။ အဲဒီခႏၶာကုိယ္ကုိ သင္ႀကိဳက္ခ်င္လည္း ႀကိဳက္မယ္။ မုန္းခ်င္လည္း မုန္းမယ္။
ဒီဘ၀အတြက္ေတာ့ ဒီခႏၶာကုိယ္ဟာ သင့္ခႏၶာကုိယ္ပါပဲ ။
၂။ You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full time informal school called life.
ေရာက္သြားတဲ့ ဘ၀မွာ သင္ဟာ သင္ခန္းစာေတြကုိ အမ်ားႀကီး ဆည္းပူးရလိမ့္မယ္။
ဘ၀လုိ႔ေခၚတဲ့ သင္ရုိး သတ္မွတ္ခ်က္မရွိတဲ့ အခ်ိန္ျပည့္ေက်ာင္းႀကီးမွာ သင့္ကုိ စာရင္းသြင္းထားၿပီ။
၃။ There are no mistakes, only lessons.
အမွားမရွိပါဘူး။ သင္ခန္းစာေတြခ်ည္းပါပဲ ။
၄။ In the long run we get what we deserve.
ေရရွည္မွာ ကုိယ့္နဲ႔ထုိက္တန္တာ ကုိယ္ရတယ္။
